Undergraduate, graduate and PhD students are invited to a FREE Fall Break Career Trek to learn about job and internship opportunities available in the South Bend-Elkhart region. Students will tour two of the region's largest and most innovative companies - Lippert and THOR Industries - where they will have the opportunity to meet and network with company leadership and see how the companies are using innovative technology, such as automation and robotics, to craft their products.
THOR Industries is the largest RV manufacturer in the world and Lippert manufactures and supplies highly engineered, high-quality components to the RV, marine, and automotive industries. Whether you're interested in a career in a STEM field or hope to work in business after graduation, this Career Trek will showcase exciting career and internship opportunities available in Notre Dame's backyard. In addition, students will visit Das Duchman Essenhaus for lunch, a famous local restaurant and tourist attraction, where they can sample traditional Amish-style cuisine.
