This panel discussion will feature Notre Dame football great Derrick Mayes, Tennessee State head football coach Eddie George, and Notre Dame Karen & Kevin Keyes Family Head Coach for women's basketball, Niele Ivey. Topics of discussion include panelists' views on leadership, organizational culture, and the role that diversity plays in strengthening teams in both athletics and business organizations. The panel will be moderated by Tom Mendoza, former President and Vice Chairman of NetApp, and guests will be introduced by Martijn Cremers, the Martin J. Gillen Dean and Bernard J. Hank Professor of Finance for the Mendoza College of Business.
