Apprenticeship 101

-

Location: Virtual

Presented by our LIFT Network partner, the South Bend - Elkhart Regional Partnership

This session will introduce South Bend – Elkhart region employers to the LIFT Network Apprenticeship Pilot Program and the regional resources available to help fund, establish development frameworks, customize training plans, and manage implementation of registered apprenticeship programs to strengthen your workforce.

The LIFT Network Apprenticeship program will support the development of registered apprenticeships for technology, manufacturing, business, data science and analytics, supply chain and logistics roles that provide growth opportunities for incumbent workers and your business. To alleviate staffing capacity for employers, the Northern Indiana Workforce Board serves as the Intermediary Sponsor to the Department of Labor to finalize program registration logistics and manage/report apprenticeship program data within required systems.

Please note, attendance is recommended for employers that employ individuals within the aforementioned employment sectors and who are located in Elkhart, Marshall and/or St. Joseph counties in Indiana.
